No Show Policy

At Tender Care Animal Hospital, we strive to provide the highest level of service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone, we have instituted the following no-show policy:

1. Definition of No Show: A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.

2. Notification Requirement: We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

3. Consequences of No Show:

– First No Show: Clients will receive a reminder of our policy and a courtesy call or message.

– Second No Show: Clients will be required to prepay an office visit charge to hold future appointments and may incur a 100% charge for the service booked if they do not show up again.

– Subsequent No Shows: Clients may be subject to full charge of the scheduled service and possible restrictions on future bookings.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a client has a valid reason for a no-show, we encourage them to contact us to discuss potential waivers of fees.

5. Acknowledgment: By booking an appointment with us, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood this no-show policy.
